Removing the current site:
1. Remove the reservoir and tubing from insulin pump and throw away.
2. Peel off old site from body and throw away too.
3.Rewind your pump. For Medtronic Paradigm Insulin Pump it is located by pressing ACT, arrow down 4 times until you find "Prime", on "Prime" press ACT, and then arrow down once to "Rewind" and press ACT. Listen for the motor in your pump to start rewinding to ensure you have done the steps correctly.
Draw up a full
reservoir of insulin. Pull off the top of the reservoir (the one with
the needle in it) and discard it. Twist the reservoir plunger
counterclockwise to remove it. Discard the plunger. Connect the quick
set to the reservoir by placing the end of the reservoir in the end of
the quick set. Press down and turn clockwise until the two parts are
connected.

4.Fill the Reservoir to the desired amount with insulin. Remove the Reservoir plunger and connector and discard. Connect the Reservoir to the Quick Set (the catheter that allows insulin to enter the body).
Locate the prime
command, then choose rewind. Listen for the motor in your pump to ensure
you've done everything correctly and your pump is rewinding.

5.Insert Reservoir into insulin pump. Prime the tubing by pressing ACT. Stop priming once insulin has made its way through the tubing and reaches the needle tip of the Quick Set.Read more : http://www.ehow.com/how_5656379_change-insulin-pump.htmls
6. Cleanse the desired area (where you want your Quick Set catheter to go) with an alcohol swap. Let it dry.
7.Pull the blue, Quick Set inserter all the way up until it clicks. Place it over the site that you chose and press the release buttons on either side of the inserter discharging the needle and catheter into your body.Remove the needle by pulling the blue inserter away from the body and safely discard. This will leave the catheter inside your body and ready to use.
